Worked at Hualien Farglory Ocean Park for 4 years. Mainly responsible for formulating the digital transformation plan for paper operations, internal talent training, and administrative document processing, while also serving as a mentor for new employees, assisting with unit and personnel introductions, telephone etiquette, and facility service operation training. In addition, he is also responsible for tourist safety and efficiency management during operations, with the mission of "spreading joy indicators" to ensure that every visitor leaves with wonderful memories.
He has received multiple recognitions in his career, including the "Service Vanguard Award" in 2024, the "Outstanding Employee Award" in 2023, and the "Best Newcomer Award" in 2022. He holds several professional qualifications and certifications, such as the "Recruitment and Interview Skills Training Professional Training" qualification certificate in 2025, a "Lifeguard Certificate," and advanced, intermediate, and beginner professional technical certifications in balloon modeling obtained since 2021.
His work belief is: "Faith comes from the original intention, and motivation comes from the happy smiles of visitors." Reflecting on his achievements, he particularly cherishes the moments spent completing tasks alongside his team, as it is not just fulfilling responsibilities but also showcasing the spirit of unity. For him, the team is like family, encouraging each other, helping each other grow, and overcoming every challenge together.
When asked why he chose to work here, he said: "We are the dream factors that spread happiness, creating beautiful memories for you." In his heart, the amusement park is a place full of longing, emotion, and memories, where every interaction and every story contains genuine feelings. He believes that experiences that start from the "heart" can continue to pass love and smiles to every visitor's heart.

She has been working at OLAH Poshtel for over 5 years, mainly responsible for the reception at the entertainment center and the design and leading of parent-child activities. Since childhood, she has embraced a playful spirit, treating people with sincerity, uniting her colleagues, and in 2025, she was awarded the honor of "Basic Supervisor of Tourism Hotels and Hospitality Personnel" in the 2nd Tourism Golden Awards.
Her work belief is: "Treat others with sincerity and start from the heart," using genuine care for every guest and colleague, feeling the value and meaning of work from the heart. The most unforgettable moment for her was during the Halloween of the year when manpower was most strained, when she resolutely took on the challenge of planning the "Day of the Dead" event, combining OLAH's unique Victorian architecture and splendid colors to create an unprecedented lobby parade that amazed the guests on site.
For her, the happiest moment every day is when she steps on the way to work and sees the eagle soaring in the sky; that moment's power fills her with confidence to face challenges. She chooses to work here because every day she can genuinely interact with children, listen to their concerns, and provide warm companionship. She firmly believes that even just a word of encouragement or a hug can become an important shelter tree in a child's life, silently guarding and sincerely rooting.

I used to be afraid to talk to guests.
Because the first guest complaint came too quickly, making me doubt whether I was suitable for this job. But OLAH did not give up on me, and I did not give up on myself.
I learned to slow down, let go of pressure, and simply say "welcome" to guests with a smile. When I received the first "Service Vanguard" notification, I realized: I was actually doing quite well.
I also discovered that this job hides many small happinesses worth remembering:
Mornings when the weather is so nice you want to take a photo, the moment a guest smiles and says thank you, and every night when I can leave work on time. This is not a perfect job, but it will make you a better version of yourself.

Q: Is there a moment when you couldn't help but tell your friends: 'Hey, this is super cool, I did this!' What happened then?
A: I don't take pride in a single event; I believe that the daily work itself is something to be proud of. Since I started working in the service industry at the age of 18, I have treated each day seriously while working at OLAH Poshtel, welcoming daily life with a joyful attitude. Emphasizing that 'the daily is the achievement,' this attitude has also earned the recognition of my colleagues.
Q: Why did you want to work here?
A: The company is stable, willing to give opportunities, has a great working atmosphere, and a strong sense of literary culture, which makes one feel the potential for growth. The support and willingness to help each other among the manager and colleagues are also significant. Most importantly: being seen and recognized here is a respect and value I have never experienced in my past jobs.
