SEEDS Italian Restaurant is led by Chef Ken Yu, blending European organic vegetarian cuisine with fine dining, dedicated to sustainable gastronomy. The restaurant has introduced a food waste composter, turning kitchen waste into organic fertilizer to benefit small farmers, creating a positive cycle of "from table to land."
